Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Callsheet Pro, on iPhone, on Android and on the web. Callsheet Pro is operated by Early Studios. By using it, you agree to what follows.
1. Using Callsheet Pro
Callsheet Pro is a working tool for film and television crew: it turns call sheets into a usable shoot day, and keeps schedules, crew and locations to hand. You must be at least 16 years old to use it. You are responsible for keeping your account details to yourself.
2. Subscriptions and payment
There is a free tier with a limited number of call sheet imports per month, and a paid Pro subscription. Studio is a separate team plan, bought per seat with a minimum number of seats, and available only through our web checkout.
- Depending on where you subscribe, payment is charged to your Apple ID, your Google Play account, or the card used at web checkout, at the point you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Store subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your device's own settings, under Subscriptions. Web and Studio subscriptions are managed from the billing portal linked inside the app.
- We do not refund part-used billing periods. Refunds for store purchases are handled by whichever store took the payment, under their own policies. We handle refunds for web checkout ourselves.
- Prices can change. If a price changes, it applies from your next renewal, never retroactively, and we will tell you first.
3. Your content
Everything you upload stays yours: call sheets, documents, photos, notes and the rest. You give us only the permission we need to store that content, process it, and show it back to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with, so that the service can work. We claim no other rights over it.
Call sheets usually contain other people's personal details. When you upload one, or share it onward, you are responsible for having a legitimate reason to do so. The privacy policy explains how we handle it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Callsheet Pro for anything unlawful.
- Try to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or the infrastructure behind it.
- Share your account details, or let anyone else use your account.
5. Our intellectual property
Callsheet Pro, including its design, code and branding, belongs to Early Studios and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of it without our written consent.
6. No warranty
Callsheet Pro is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or free of harmful components. It is a tool that helps you read a call sheet; it is not a substitute for the call sheet issued by your production, and you should not rely on it as the sole source of truth for a shoot.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Early Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Callsheet Pro. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending it
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we do, your right to use the service stops immediately. You can delete your account whenever you like, from Settings inside the app, or by asking us at share.callsheetpro.app/delete-account.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will tell you, in the app or otherwise. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the courts of Rotterdam. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country where you live.
