Delete your account and data
You can delete your Callsheet Pro account at any time. Deleting is permanent and takes effect immediately. There is no waiting period and nothing is archived for later.
Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest way and it needs no help from us.
- Open Callsheet Pro and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.
Ask us to delete it instead
If you cannot get into the app, or you would rather we did it, email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you.
Email support@earlystudios.nlWrite “delete my account” in the message. We reply within five working days. We may ask you to confirm from the same email address before we delete anything, so that nobody else can close your account.
Delete only some of your data
You do not have to close your account to get rid of something. Inside the app you can, at any time:
- Delete a single call sheet or shoot day, which also removes the document it came from
- Delete an uploaded document or photo from a day
- Delete a contact from your crew address book, or a saved location
- Delete your notes and work log entries
- Revoke a share, which removes that call sheet from everyone you sent it to
Anything you delete this way is removed from our servers too, not just from your phone. If you would rather we deleted something for you, email support@earlystudios.nl from the address you signed up with and tell us what to remove. We reply within five working days.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed:
- Your call sheets, shoot days and productions
- Every document and photo you uploaded, including the original call sheet files
- Your crew address book and saved locations
- Your private notes, work log entries and schedule check-offs
- Share links you created, so anyone you shared with loses access
- Your profile, your forwarding address and any API keys
- Your sign-in credentials
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase records. If you subscribed, the record of that purchase is held by Apple, Google or our payment provider, not by us. We cannot delete it, and tax law requires it to be kept. Cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account.
- Crash reports. Automatic error reports are kept briefly by our error-monitoring provider so we can fix bugs. They record what went wrong, not what your call sheets say.
- Emails to support. If you have written to us, that conversation stays in our support mailbox. Ask us in the same email and we will delete it too.
A call sheet someone else shared with you, and any copy of it saved to your own library, is deleted with your account. Call sheets you shared with other people are removed from their apps as well.
