   You get a single team code. Send it to your crew however you already talk to them.

   Each person types the code into the app on their own phone. Pro unlocks immediately, on iPhone, Android and the web.

What it costs

One price per seat, whatever the size of your team. No tiers to compare.

Prices exclude VAT. You can enter your company VAT number at checkout. Crewing up a large slate, or need a purchase order or bank transfer? Get in touch and we will sort it out.

Managing your team

One page shows who is on your plan, how many seats are in use and your team code. Add people as you crew up, remove them when a production wraps, and get to your invoices whenever finance asks.

Questions

Do we need a seat for everyone on the crew?

No. Anyone can open a call sheet you share with them for free, with a free account. Seats are for the people who upload, edit and share: production coordinators, PAs, production managers, ADs. Most companies start with their production staff and grow from there.

What if we need more seats later?

Add them whenever you like, at the same price per seat. Your bill adjusts from that point.

How are we billed?

One yearly payment by card, with a VAT invoice for the company. It renews automatically, and you can cancel from the same page.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove them from your team page. They lose access straight away and the seat becomes available for someone else.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Studio is set up here on the web, and your crew use Callsheet Pro on whichever phone they carry, or in the browser.
